It depends on the material and level of dirt. On average, a 3-seat couch takes about 1.5 hours, but timing may vary for different furniture.

Every fabric reacts differently. Old or stubborn stains may not disappear completely, but I use specialized cleaning agents and a pH-balancing solution to achieve the best possible result.

Typically, upholstery dries naturally within 10–12 hours. You can also request quick drying with special blowers — then it’s ready in 2–3 hours.

Regular cleaning removes dirt and surface odors. However, if the smell has penetrated into the padding, I recommend an additional Pet Odor Removal treatment for best results.

Most manufacturers recommend once a year. If you have kids, pets, or allergies at home, it’s best to do it more often.

Our minimum service charge is $100 per appointment. It’s applied to the final total after any promotions or discounts are taken into account. If your selected items come to less than $100, the invoice will be adjusted to meet the minimum.
